Repeat After Me.

asdWe tend not to use links to other sites more than necessary for two reasons. First, it’s an easy trap to fall into. Find something on-line, copy the link, and add a comment or two, usually praiseworthy. Second, if this is our blog then the content should be our content.

But it is curious how again and again the same “tips” appear on how to write an effective blog post, Facebook post, LinkedIn post, web content, etc.

We’ve attached a link to an article in Entrepreneur. It has six tips for “wooing” readers. They’re not new but they are worth repeating which is why the link is here. But keep this mantra in mind when you write anything.

  1. Be true to yourself.
  2. What’s in it for your reader?
  3. Proofread.
