An Open Letter

newspaperWe tend to save articles or bits of information we like and think we may have a use for in the weeks, or months, or, in this case, years to come.

In 2007, we read an article in Inc magazine written by a public relations professional. It was an open letter to her clients.  Five years later with clients wondering why they are not blazing new pathways on Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.., this article still a has legs, as they say.

And if you are part of a team, contractual or in-house, there are some tips here for you.
