Blogging as Therapy

Yes, the title of this post is correct. According to an article in the Wall Street Journal, blogging may be even  better for your mental health than keeping a diary. You can read it right here.

  1. Great find, Bob. I suggest that even writing for a business blog can be therapy. As you write you are finding out more and more about the business that you are writing for, and you are giving your readers solutions and answers and information. That can be therapy.
