Team Conflict

Three members of a team at different times contact you on the QT and complain about another member. How does this get handled? What’s the code of ethics? If you are in a corporate setting, you may have access to HR. But what if you are a member of a virtual team? What if the “offending” members are a time zone away?  They want to form a clique on the west coast while you fume on the east coast. What’s a body to do?
